We request participants who are on medication to carry their medicines with them on tour. Participants are required to sign a form declaring that they are participating in activities on their own risk .

As per the policy for Package Booking, the above is subject to the following:

* Numbers of plates used during the meal will be counted to determine the number of persons for billing purpose (one person to be deputed by guest)
* Own food/drinks or any service from outside is not allowed inside the premises. At any time if any item is noticed, the same will be kept in Resort locker and returned to the guest at Check out time.
.* Any activity/service not covered in the package will be provided at extra cost.
* Drivers/attendants/ pets not permitted inside the Resort.
* Any damage caused to the property including trampling of plants will be chargeable.
*The guests will be bound by all the house rules, regulations and by laws in force during their stay.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation 7 days prior intimation in writing before the booking date; 50% advance would be adjusted in the next booking which is valid for 3 months only & In case of cancellation before 72 hrs of the booking 100% payment of the minimum guarantee would be charged.

Terms of Payment:

Booking is considered confirmed only, when 100% payment is received in advance. For any reason if some amount remains to be paid like increase in MG etc, pl note that the same will be deposited at the time of Check-in formalities, before the activities begin.
